Insurance and Billing
We file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients,
however please note: we do not participate in all insurance
plans, but do participate in MetLife. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you,
but being familiar with your own insurance benefits is your
responsibility and not that of our office.
We accept checks, cash, or credit cards for payment.
We also offer flexible payment plans through
Care
Credit.
